!MARRIED: From the Greenwood Gleaner 10/22/1908. Bertha Vollrath/Frank Blecha Marriage. Frank Blecha and Miss Bertha Vollrath were united in marriage last Wednesday evening, Oct. 14th, 1908 at eight o'clock at the home of the brides parents on the West Side [Greenwood, Clark County]. Rev. Schmalz performed the ceremony. The young people were attended by Miss Anna Blecha, sister of the groom and John Vollrath, brother of the bride. A bounteous wedding supper was enjoyed by the guest after the ceremony. Both young people are well known in their respective communities. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Vollrath. She is well known and liked in the city, having been employed as a clerk in the Fricke Rossman Co. store for several years. The groom is the son of John Blecha of Eaton. The happy couple will make their home on the Blecha place, of which the groom has had charge for several years. The Gleaner joinis their friends in wishing them a long, happy and useful married life.
