"A marriage bond was recorded in Clark County, KY., on January 29, 1794, for Abraham Keeton and Jane McGuire; bondsmen, Wm. Caldwell and John Baker; consent, John and Nancy McGuire, parents of Jane; witnesses, Elias Oldfield and William Keeton. Jane would have been about 15 years old when she married.
In the 1850 census, Jane Keeton, age 71 was living in Morgan County in the family of her daughter, Sarah Keeton. Abraham Keeton was in Montgomery County in 1810, Floyd County in 1820, and his property was cut off to Morgan County in 1823.
