• Notes

  I had shown the spelling of Josefa's last name as Cajtuamlova, but after an email with Jan Zajicek, he said that Cajtuamlova (Cajtuaml) and Zeithamlova (Zeithaml) are the same names. It depended on whether the priest who entered the information was writing in German or Czech, or perhaps simply spelling the name differently based upon how it was pronounced.
